Harris Farms Nurture Right 360 Operation
Automatic Egg Turner
The incubator is equipped with an automatic egg turner that accommodates up to 22 chicken eggs. The timer starts a countdown of 21 days immediately after plugging in the unit. Egg turning stops 3 days before hatching to allow chicks to adjust themselves for ideal hatching.
Countdown Timer
The countdown timer ensures accurate tracking of the incubation period. It starts immediately after plugging in the unit and stops 3 days before hatching.
360° Visibility
The incubator features 360° viewability, allowing you to monitor eggs from any angle. Whether used as a chicken incubator or duck egg incubator, complete visibility of eggs is maintained throughout the incubation process.
360° Induced Airflow
Achieve optimal hatch rates with the incubator’s 360° airflow circulation. This ensures uniform heat distribution and temperature stability for successful hatching, making it the perfect chicken egg incubator.
Easy-to-read Display
The user-friendly duck egg incubator features an easy-to-read humidity control display and knob. These advanced features are crucial for hatching eggs, where precise humidity is essential for successful hatching.
- Adjusting Humidity for Optimal Hatching
- Day 1 until 3 days before hatch day:
- Fill the first half of the water pot marked “A.”
- Wait for 3-4 hours for the humidity to stabilize.
- Adjust the air vent knob to achieve approximately 52% humidity suitable for poultry.
- Last 3 days before hatch day:
- Increase humidity by removing the red plug.
- Add both halves of the external water pot.
- Wait for 3-4 hours for the humidity to stabilize.
- Adjust the air vent knob to achieve approximately 72% humidity.
Preparing for Hatching
Egg Tray Removal
When the countdown reaches 3 days before the hatch, and the auto turner stops, the egg turner indicator will say OFF. This is a reminder to remove the egg turner from the incubator base.
Final Countdown (Last 3 Days)
During the last 3 days before hatch, follow the steps mentioned under “Last 3 days before hatch day” in the Humidity Control section to ensure optimal conditions for hatching.
